Dr. Judith Nink has more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, data protection, and IT law. Since June 2025, she has headed the Cybersecurity for Enterprises Section at the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). Previously, she was a partner at KREMER LEGAL and served as Head of Legal at SoSafe, Masterplan.com, and eyeo. She is also the author of numerous professional publications and a regular speaker on cybersecurity and data protection.
