Marc Pauka is a lawyer and specialist in public procurement law with more than 20 years of experience in public commercial law, especially in IT, security, and defense procurement under GWB, VgV, and VSVgV. As a former head of the "Public Procurement Law" team at BWI GmbH, the IT service provider for the German Armed Forces, he combines solid knowledge of public client procurement structures with the perspective of bidders. He also shares his expertise as a lecturer in procurement law for defense and security and as an editor of key professional publications on IT procurement and public pricing law.
